The Wilmington Elks Lodge #307 has been a gathering place where real connections happen. Walk through the doors on Carruthers Lane and you immediately notice the difference between a generic event space and a place that people genuinely care about. The banquet hall is immaculate, the staff greets you like a neighbor, and the covered outdoor patio turns any occasion into something worth remembering for the right reasons.

The lodge draws a crowd that keeps coming back. Wednesday and Friday nights bring out the line dancers, filling that beautiful dance floor with energy and laughter. Whether a family books the hall for a repast or a couple scouts it for a celebration, the space comfortably hosts around 100 guests with room for a head table and a full bar. That combination is harder to find than most people expect.

Rated 4.7 out of 5 across 53 reviews, Lodge #307 earns its reputation through consistent upkeep and a membership culture that takes hospitality seriously. This is a place that belongs to the community, run by people who show up for it.

What We Offer

The lodge offers a range of ways to get involved and celebrate. The banquet hall is available for private events including repasts, receptions, milestone birthdays, and organizational gatherings, accommodating groups up to approximately 100 guests. A full bar is on-site, and the layout supports a proper head table setup for formal occasions.

Beyond private rentals, Lodge #307 hosts regular community nights that keep the calendar lively. The weekly line dancing sessions on Wednesday and Friday evenings are a local favorite, drawing regulars who come for the floor and stay for the fellowship. The covered outdoor patio adds a second dimension to any event, especially during the warmer months when Wilmington evenings are at their best.

Membership in the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks opens the door to a national network of fraternal benefits, community service opportunities, youth programs, and veteran support initiatives, all rooted in the local lodge experience.

Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
